Whether you’re buying or selling, real estate transactions can be very stressful. They usually come with thick stacks of papers to sign including several affidavits, a deed, disclosures, limited POA, etc., etc. These packages can be overwhelming for notaries who haven’t been trained as a signing agent.

I’ve received signing agent certifications from both the accredited Loan Signing System and National Notary Association.

Typically, I will receive your documents electronically by a title or escrow company, or a signing agency, and I will print them and bring them to the appointment. We’ll meet, usually at your home or a coffee shop, go through the package, which usually takes about an hour, and I’ll take the completed documents with me to mail back to whoever needs them.

If you need to contract a signing agent, I can be found at Signing Order, Snapdocs, NotaryDash, signingagent.com, and some other databases. Feel free to contact me on one of those, or find my contact info here. Alternatively, find my booking calendar here.
